Mission Statement
Faith Fellowship of Dexter
" Building a Firm Family in the Faith "
-
Our mission is to build within this
community a body of believers (the local church), then set in order,
equip the people for the work of serving the Lord, and then release them
to function in that work.
1Cor. 3:9-12; Heb 6:1-3; Luke 6:46-49.
-
Our mission is to train, develop, and
equip the excellent leaders who can and will reproduce their God given
ministries locally and beyond.
1Cor. 1:10; Gal. 6:1; Heb. 13:21
-
Our mission is to restore, stabilize, and
develop Godly families, thereby raising a standard against the present
societal and cultural assault on the family.
1Peter 5:10; Eph. 5:22-6:4
-
Our mission is to evangelize our
community by becoming salt and light. We purpose to overcome evil with
good, hatred with love, coldness with warmth, and apathy with
compassion.
Matt, 9:37-38; Matt. 28:18-20; 1Cor. 9:16
-
Our mission is to bless the greater body
of Christ, by sharing and receiving gifts, and talents, wherever and
however God leads us.
2Cor. 8:2-5; Acts 4:42; Rom. 15-26
-
Our mission is to demonstrate as a New
Testament Church, the true nature of Christian faith and fellowship.
First, to one another within the local church, then to the surrounding
area, and finally to the world, with God's help and direction.
1Cor. 11:23-29; Acts 2:42
